How To Have Fun When You're Alone

No man is an island. -a popular saying which is very meaningful. It's true, we cannot live alone especially in times of adversity. But we can try having fun when we are alone. How? Just be yourself and enjoy everything you have right now. It is not important if you don't have the luxury things, a partner and even famous friends. What's important is, you're happy and you're enjoying even if you are alone.

In this article of mine, I wanna show you how I enjoy being alone. No friends. No classmates. No relatives. Just me.

SELFIE: "How to Create Meaningful Personal Brands"

Philippine Junior Marketing's Association held, MADWORLD 2014, their biggest annual event last February 2, 2014 at SMX Convention Center entitled, SELFIE: "How to Create Meaningful Personal Brands". In partnership with one of the leading integrated communications agencies in the Philippines, Havas Media Ortega, students from different universities all over the country attended the said event.

The first speaker who took a selfie is Mr. John Paul M. Peña, Head of Integration and Branding Communications at Globe Telecom. He leads the innovative telco's marketing communications planning which includes the integrated practice of advertising, digital and social media marketing, brand events, corporate branding and brand PR.

The second speaker who took his selfie is none other than Mr. Nomer "Mind Master" Lasala, a famous mentalist and psychic entertainer. He is also a top Business Development Officer of Intellicare.

The last but not the least, our fourth speaker who took his selfie, a major part of one of the leading integrated communications agencies in the Philippines, Havas Media Ortega. Mr. Tony Sarmiento, Managing Partner and Chief Collaborator of Havas Media Ortega.

While having the seminar, tokens and freebies were given to the students attended the event. Students really enjoyed the event. Not only because they learned something from the speakers but also they understand how personal branding affects them.

Tears of Life

Life is not good without miseries. The life that can bring you happiness or sometimes in sorrow. But did you know, life can also be bad at all? It can change everything. It can destroy you or the people around you. Let's face it, the hindrances we are experiencing today and tomorrow will mold us to be a better one.

At times, when failures and joys are put together you can find life that is really meant for you. Eventually, life is not really a simple thing that everybody is thinking of. Neither one of us don't know what's the true meaning why life is brought to us.

Life for everyone is shed, some of us believe that it was destined, God made our plans and our objectives in life, He control us. But some says it was a journey to take. You are the one who will settle and make your journey that will fit you at your best.

But a small conclusion takes place.

It was the life was given to us will make us simple and logical human being. You can never replace your life. Instead, you should be thankful from the gift you have received. We were so special that we can breath, we can talk, sing, dance and we can do everything we want. But the most important of all is we were given the life for us to take care, to preserve and to see the beautiful creatures that God of Heaven gave us.
